Turn your t-shirt inside out. Apply a few drops of the solvent on the underside of the vinyl. Stretch (or pull) the fabric where the mistake is until the vinyl easily pulls up off the fabric. Throw the garment in the washer and then line dry it before reapplying vinyl.
